            Core Privacy Principle: PUZZL is engineered to operate as a zero-data collection service. We believe that your personal information belongs to you. Our application does not require, request, or store any personal data to function.

PUZZL does not collect, transmit, or store any Personal Identifiable Information (PII). This includes, but is not limited to:

Identity Data: Names, usernames, or biometric data.
Contact Data: Email addresses, physical addresses, or telephone numbers.

2. Data Sovereignty and Local Storage

All user configurations, custom settings, and interaction history within the App are stored exclusively on your local device. We do not maintain central servers or cloud databases for user content. This ensures that you maintain full sovereignty over your usage data. Please note that since we do not host your data, we cannot facilitate data recovery if the App is deleted or the device is lost.

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. Because PUZZL does not collect user data, there is no information available to be shared with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party analytics providers.

4. Regulatory Compliance

Our "privacy-by-default" architecture ensures inherent compliance with major global data protection frameworks, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Furthermore, as we collect no data from any user, PUZZL is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

While we do not store your data on our systems, we encourage users to utilize the built-in security features of their mobile operating systems (such as encryption and biometric authentication) to protect the data stored locally on their devices.
